Returns & Refunds
If the item that you purchased is unsatisfactory or damaged, please contact us by completing the form at the bottom of this page. You must notify us within 30 days of your purchase.
The unused item must be returned and received before a refund can be processed. Please have your proof of purchase available, and have the original packaging for the item. When contacting us, please include specific details about your order.

SHIPPING ITEMS BACK
To return your product, please contact us by completing the form at the bottom of this page.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You acknowledge that you are shipping items back at your own risk.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirming the status of your refund request.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by completing the form at the bottom of this page.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We do not exchange items. If an item is defective or damaged, then it must be returned for a refund. See "Refunds" section in this page for more details.
